How to get started with Crenshaw Evictions?

Our Unlawful Detainer Process service is designed to handle all aspects of the case and provide a client portal for easy access to case updates, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Our Services Includes:

For Unlawful Detainers (Evictions)

  1. Go to our "Services" page and click on the "Inquiry Form" button for your selected service to fill out the inquiry form, and submit it.

  2. Go to our "Plans & Prices" page to choose the desired pricing bundle to pay the fee (for Unlawful Detainers (evictions) Only).

  3. Go to our "Legal Document Assistant Resources" page and download the necessary documents such as the price list and other related case information to prepare for your service.

  4. Once the inquiry form is submitted we will send you an introductory email as receipt of the form with the intake form link to fill out. 

  5. Once the intake form is received and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled consultation based on your availability and the receipt for the selected pricing bundle. (all eviction pricing bundles include consultation)

  6. Once the consultation is complete the service contract and the document(s) are sent for signature within 48 hours of the paid invoice. (this can be expedited for an additional fee).

For All Other Services

  1. Go to our "Book Online" page and click on the "Inquiry Form" button for your selected service to fill out the inquiry form and submit it.

  2. Choose to either book a virtual or in-person consultation or directly book the selected service to start without a consultation. 

  3. Go to our "Legal Document Assistant Resources" page and download the necessary documents such as the price list and other related case information to prepare for your service.

  4. Once the inquiry form is submitted we will send you an introductory email as receipt of the form with the intake form link to fill out. 

  5. Once the intake form is received and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled consultation based on your availability, and the invoice based on selected service.
